AI in Action is a customizable learning experience designed to fuel your curiosity, enhance your technical skills, and broaden your horizons in the rapidly evolving world of Artificial Intelligence. This event brings together the Northeastern community for a series of engaging virtual and in-person sessions to explore applications of AI across a wide range of fields. All students in the Northeastern network are invited to participate and earn a digital badge to demonstrate Introductory AI literacy. Frequently asked questions

How do I register for the sessions?

By registering here on Eventbrite, you will then be added to a Northeastern Canvas course. This Canvas course, "AI in Action Week 2024", will have all the details you need to attend every session, virtually and in-person.

Where can I find the full schedule and link to the schedule webpage?

The schedule can be found on our AI in Action website: https://aiinaction.sites.northeastern.edu/. Access to the virtual sessions will be available via Canvas.

How do I earn my Introductory AI Literacy digital badge?

Earn your badge by doing the following three things: 1. Register here. 2. Attend three (3) individual sessions across Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. 3. Submit three (3) session evaluations in Canvas.

What is the deadline to register for the event?

To be able to participate in sessions on a given day, you must have registered in Eventbrite by 3 p.m. ET at the latest on the same day as your desired sessions. This deadline allows our event staff to enter all registrants’ emails into Canvas in preparation for that evening's sessions.
