In response to the changing landscape, in October 2023, the Biden administration released two frameworks, the Executive Order on the Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Development and Use of Artificial Intelligence and the Office of Science and Technology Policy’s Blueprint for an AI Bill of Rights.
