This full-day, beginner-friendly AI training course is designed to help business professionals with no technical background gain foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and start using it in practical, hands-on ways.
Participants will be guided through step-by-step exercises to create real business content while seeing demonstrations of AI tools in action. This is the first workshop in a three-part series intended to build progressively from beginner to advanced AI fluency.
The session concludes with each participant creating a simple, personalized implementation plan, enabling them to immediately apply their learning to their own business processes.

Create an Action Plan - Learn how to assess AI technologies for use and how to integrate them into business processes. Develop and take home a simple, actionable plan to start applying AI to your own business operations immediately.
