## AI-Driven Prototyping Workshop

This isn’t a panel. This isn’t a pitch. It’s a live, interactive workshop where we’ll roll up our sleeves and put AI to work.
You’ll experience what it looks like to move from idea to prototype fast using AI-enabled tools and a modern product mindset. We’ll explore how teams can move faster, validate earlier, and scale smarter, especially when supported by the right foundation, SAFe.
Together, we’ll run a full prototyping sprint and unpack what it takes to make product models work in the real world.
We’ll cover:
- Why product adoptions often stall, and what to do about it
- How to integrate AI into discovery, ideation, and prototyping
- How SAFe can provide the foundation to scale the product model effectively
- Real-world techniques for aligning teams, tech, and customer value
Expect to leave an understanding of new tools, new ideas, and a prototype you helped build. Also, great people, great food and drinks (courtesy of Scaled Agile), and a beautiful view of MacGregor Lake.
