AI Skills for Career Growth: Breakthrough Digital Fellows is a free, 90-day interactive cohort that helps you build practical AI skills, strengthen your career portfolio, and unlock new opportunities.
Whether you’re just starting out, pivoting careers, growing your business, or aiming for your next promotion, this program gives you the hands-on tools, supportive networks, and digital confidence to thrive in the age of AI.
The program is open to people at all career stages, from students and early-career professionals to entrepreneurs and seasoned leaders who want to:

The Breakthrough Digital Fellows Program runs over 12 weeks and blends online workshops, self-paced reflection, and peer accountability. Each module builds toward a tangible career outcome.
Breakthrough Digital Fellows Program
Week 1 – Orientation & Foundations - January 14, 2026
Kick off the program by setting your goals and building confidence. Create a personal Digital Literacy Action Plan and connect with peers and accountability partners who will support you throughout the journey.
Week 2 – Foundations in Action - January 21, 2026
Assess your current digital skills, identify areas for growth, and take your first steps with AI. Practice using simple tools in everyday scenarios to build comfort and confidence.
Week 3 – AI 101 & Everyday Applications - January 28, 2026
Demystify what AI is (and isn’t) and learn how to use tools like ChatGPT for practical tasks - from boosting productivity to sparking creativity in your work and personal projects.
Week 4 – Building Your AI Toolkit - February 4, 2026
Explore different AI tools and choose the ones that fit your needs. Create a personalized toolkit of apps and platforms you can rely on to boost productivity, problem-solving, and creativity throughout your career.
Week 5 – Mapping Career Pathways - February 11, 2026
Look at how digital and AI are reshaping industries. Identify emerging roles, explore possible career directions, and map your own path by aligning your current skills with future opportunities.
Week 6 – Portfolio & Job Navigation - February 25, 2026
Strengthen your career portfolio by updating your CV, LinkedIn profile, or digital showcase. Practice how to pitch yourself effectively for new roles, freelance projects, or other opportunities.
Week 7 – The Power of Story - March 4, 2026
Learn how to shape your personal journey into a compelling story using the Challenge → Action → Breakthrough framework. Discover how storytelling can build confidence, influence, and career visibility.
Week 8 – Sharing Stories & Building Influence - March 11, 2026
Shape your personal story into a format you can share such as a blog, short video, or social post. Learn how to use your story to inspire others and outline a simple advocacy plan for sharing your voice with your community or professional network.
Week 9 – Leadership Pathways - March 18, 2026
Discover different approaches to leadership in the digital age. Reflect on your own strengths, identify areas for growth, and connect with mentors or peers who can help you take the next step in your leadership journey.
Week 10 – Networks & Micro-Initiatives - March 25, 2026
Learn how to grow authentic connections and practice networking strategies. Then, design a small-scale initiative (a project, event, or activity) that allows you to apply your new skills, give back to your community, or strengthen your professional network.
Week 11 – Capstone Preparation - April 1, 2026
Reflect on your journey, bring together your key learnings, and finalize a tangible takeaway such as your AI toolkit, portfolio update, micro-initiative plan, or personal story. Fellows will receive supportive peer feedback to strengthen their work and feel confident about their next steps.
Week 12 – Reflection, Celebration & Next Steps - April 8, 2026
Celebrate your progress, reflect on how far you’ve come, and look ahead with clarity. Fellows will share key takeaways (in writing or in small groups), set personal goals for the next 3 months, and explore how to stay connected through the Breakthrough Digital Fellows alumni network. Together, we’ll mark the close of the program and the beginning of your ongoing journey.
Each session runs for 90 minutes live online (via Zoom) with additional self-paced reflection and practice during the week.
