Do I have to know how to dance?

Not at all! This space is not about looking a certain way, it’s about feeling. Whether you’re stretching, meditating, gently swaying, doing the 1 2 step, or busting it down, it’s all valid and welcomed!

Will there be guidance or is it totally free flow movement?

We open together with grounding and connection centered practices, followed by gentle opening movement. After that, we move into self-led free flow dance where you are encouraged to move only as you desire.

Is this event only for LGBTQIA+ folks?

This space centers and celebrates LGBTQIA+ joy and safety. Allies are always welcome with the understanding that this is a space rooted in affirming, inclusive values for all!
