Event description
Women in Voice New Jersey presents a Fireside Chat/QA about Conversational AI, Agile, and Team Dynamics

About this Event

Join us for an invaluable session on how to inject Agile ways of working to develop emotionally intelligent Conversational AI services with Women in Voice's Joti Balani, Founder and Managing Director of Freshriver.ai and special guest Darrell K. Rigby, Author and Leader of Global Innovation and Agile Practices for Bain & Co.

Conversational AI service development typically requires diverse skill sets from various disciplines - Product, UI/UX Designers, Linguists, Psychologists, Architects, Developers, QA and NLU/data Analysts/Engineers. The challenge we will explore is around bridging the communication gap across the diverse disciplines and mindsets by using a proven Agile Framework.

You will walk away with an understanding of how to transform human conversations to develop elegant, ethical and empathetic human to machine conversations that create value.
