Although Agile was originally created for Software Development, other departments of businesses recognized the vast benefits and began to adopt the Agile principles organically leading to the recent major shift to Organizational Agility. About Our Presenter:

Sharon Bussey is the Managing Director of BTII Institute / BTII Global, a training and consulting firm specializing in Agile and Waterfall: Portfolio/Program/Project Management as well as Business Intelligence/Data Analytics. Prior to BTII, Sharon was the Director/Lead of Organization Process Alignment at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals where she led high-performing teams of more than 100 professionals. In this role she used Agile and Waterfall methodologies to lead organizational process reengineering and software development initiatives including: 1) Executive Dashboards to enable leadership to make more insightful data driven decisions, 2) Performance Management Systems to track and enhance employee performance and development and provide KPIs for compensation, and 3) Knowledge Management Systems to ensure that organizational knowledge is captured, expanded and consumed. Prior to Pfizer Sharon was a Senior Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting where she led large healthcare IT implementations using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Sharon holds an MBA in Marketing and Operations from the Wharton School University of Pennsylvania and an MS in Computer Science from Pace University.
