Join seasoned Agile coaches and trainers Tony Register and Kert Peterson in a two-part immersive Agile Foundations workshop hosted by UNCC’s Systems Engineering and Engineering Management program.

What you will learn
Through a dynamic blend of lecture, visual diagrams, hands-on exercises, and small-group dialogue, this workshop will convey essential agile concepts and deliver a feel for agility and its applications. Topics covered include:

• the 4 key transitions in an Agile transformation

In this Part 1 workshop, we’ll focus on the mechanics of the scrum framework and the kanban method as well as the theory, values, and principles that underpin these approaches.

We’ll contrast the relevance and appropriate application of conventional project management and consider the 4 key transitions in an Agile Transformation.
