2. What should I bring to the class?

Just bring yourself, your curiosity, and either a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. A notebook and pen are helpful too—but not required. We’ll provide digital guides and resources during the session.

3. Will there be a recording if I can’t attend live?

Yes! All registered attendees will receive a replay link within 72 hours after the event—so you can watch (or rewatch!) at your own pace.

4. I’m not a mom—can I still join?
