Come join us for a meaningful day at Mingus Park in Coos Bay, Oregon as we walk together to raise awareness and funds for suicide prevention. This in-person event is a great opportunity to connect with others who have been affected by suicide and show support for those struggling with mental health challenges. Let's come together as a community to bring hope and light to those in need. Lace up your shoes, grab your friends and family, and let's walk out of the darkness together!

Registering through Eventbrite let's us know you are interested, please also register directly at: afsp.org/cooscounty. You can create a team, invite other walk participants and even be a captain to help raise funds for suicide prevention and awareness. Raising funds is not required to participate.

While there is no registration fee, we encourage participants to donate what they can, everyone is welcome regardless if you have the means to donate. Register directly for the event here: afsp.org/cooscounty

How long is the walk?

Is this a kid friendly event?

Yes! All ages are welcome!

Is this a pet friendly event?

Yes! Well behaved dogs are welcome!

The event includes complimentary honor beads, Memorial Garden, mental health partner organizations, and more.
