AFRO DANCE CLASS IS BACK!

Join us for a high-energy experience full of music, movement, and fun. Each session kicks off with a full-body stretch and warm-up to loosen your musicles and get you in the groove. Then, our amazing instructors will guide you through a variety of Afrobeats dance moves, breaking them down ste-by-step so everyone can keep up- no matter your level. You'll learn the foundation of different Afro styles and techniques while building rhythm, coordination, and confidence. The class ends with a chance to put evertyihng together into a full routine, giving you that final percormance energy and a great cardio wourkout. Whether you're a beginner or a experienced dancer, these once a month sessions are the perfect way to move, connect and celebrate culture.
