AFRO DANCE CLASS IS BACK!

Join us for a high- energy experience full of music, movement and fun. Each seion kicks off with a full-body stretch and warm-up to loosen your muscles and get you in the groove. Then, our amazing instructors will guide you through a variety of Afrobeats dance moves, breaking them down step by step so everyone can keep up- no matter your level. you'll learn the foundation of different Afro styles nad techniques while building rhythm, coordination, and confidence. This class ends with a chance to put everhting together into a full routine, giving you that final performance energy and a great cardio workout.
