AFFINITY | AAPI Heritage Month FLOW

Linking breath to movement, FLOW is a challenging vinyasa-based class set to music that is accessible for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. FLOW includes: sun salutations, standing sequences, peak poses, a cooldown, and connection to breath, theme, and AAPI heritage throughout. This "affinity" class empowers you to meet yourself where you are and to honor the AAPI community's unique achievements, culture, people, and stories while you flow and grow together.

We kindly ask that only members of the AAPI community attend this class and that allies sit this one out.
