We would like to welcome you to Reno for AEMA Annual Meeting 2025, the longest running, and second-largest annual mining convention in the U.S.

We're honored to host an exclusive gathering of our close friends and industry peers for our first AEMA Kickoff & Mixer at the National Automobile Museum in downtown Reno. A special thank you to our hosts!

EVENT DETAILS
Monday, December 8, 2025, 6 - 9 PM
- Party is by invite only - registration is required
- Catered food and drinks
- Free shuttle service via Reno Tahoe Limousine is provided every half hour from 5:30-9:30 pm (see details below).

SHUTTLE SERVICE DETAILS
- Free shuttles will be operating between the Nugget Casino Resort (Nugget Avenue entrance) and the event at the National Automobile Museum (Museum Drive entrance).
- Shuttles will make round trips between the hotel and the venue every half hour between 5:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. (look for the event name in the bus window)
- Anyone still at the National Automobile Museum after the last shuttle departs at 9:30 p.m. will need to arrange for alternate transportation.
