About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 15 minutes

Are you a woman recently diagnosed with ADHD and looking for a touch of clarity amidst the chaos?

This masterclass is aimed at sharing with you some relieving ADHD knowledge, practical tools, and a different perspective.

Here’s what you can expect:

1. ADHD 101: The Basics

A break down on what ADHD is [the TLDR version, because let's be real!], focusing on how it presents uniquely in women. You'll gain a clearer understanding of common hiccups like emotional dysregulation, executive dysfunction, and why the status quo of routine doesn't quite work for us — and learn how they might have affected you for longer than you thought.

2. My Personal Journey

I’ll share my own story of being diagnosed later in life, what shifted for me, and how I’m learning to thrive with ADHD. My hope is that you’ll realize you’re not alone in your experience.

3. Lesser-Known Comorbidities

We’ll dip into often-overlooked coexisting conditions with an aim to simply unveil what else is underneath the surface of a simply diagnosis. **Hint hint, very little is simple when it comes to that brain of yours and the body is sits in.

4. A Practical Tool for your Resilience Kit

I’ll guide you through a simple [lol], yet powerful tool designed to be an addition to your resilience toolkit — something you can start using immediately in your day-to-day life.

5. Q&A and Connection

Engage with me and other participants, ask your burning questions, and share your experiences in a safe and supportive space.

By the end of this masterclass, you’ll leave with actionable insights and a deepened understanding of your ADHD.
