Joy the Baker and ZoëBakes combine forces for a weekend of advanced baking!

About this Event

Zoë François of ZoëBakes is headed to The Bakehouse in New Orleans for a very special weekend of advanced baking workshops.

Together, she and Joy the Baker will instruct 8 students on how to make Frangipane Apple Pie. Attendees will learn to make pie crust and almond cream from scratch in addition to fancy latticework and other crust designs. Some previous baking experience is required to get the most out of this class.

Snacks and beverages will be provided, and each student will leave with new skills, new friends and an Emile Henry ceramic pie plate.

Exact location information will be emailed to attendees 48 hours before the event. Doors open at 11:00 am.
