Docketing Excellence Seminar
Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner, P.A. and Black Hills IP are partnering to present a full-day complimentary docketing seminar for docketers, legal assistants and paralegals. This two-track conference will provide an overview of docketing best practices, explain how to implement failsafe protocols, and provide instructions on how to prevent errors when docketing complicated deadlines.
This seminar is geared towards support staff and CLE credit will not be available.

Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner, P.A. is hosting a complimentary "Advanced PCT Training" seminar featuring Carl Oppedahl, PCT Consultant from WIPO. Mr. Oppedahl will provide insights for practitioners on recent developments to the PCT rules, developing strategies for international filings and procedural safeguards.
We have applied for 6 hours of CLE credit in California and Minnesota for this seminar.

Where can I park?
There is valet parking available at the Marriott for $20 a day.
Do I have to attend both days?
No, you can register for one or both of the seminars.
Will there be food at the conference?
Lunch will be provided during both seminars. If you have special dietary needs, please indicate that on your registration.
Is there CLE for these seminars?
We have applied for 6 hours of CLE credit in California and Minnesota for the PCT seminar.
We will not request CLE credit for the docketing sessions.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You do not need to bring proof of registration.
If I'm not from the area, where can I stay?
A block of rooms is reserved for conference attendees at the San Jose Marriott. When booking ask for the Schwegman Conference. Book by February 1, 2017 to take advantage of the group rate.
