TAC3 Solutions is structured to train Officers in rifle/carbine skills and techniques with iron sights and optical sighting systems. The AR-15/M4 will be the primary platform for this course of instruction. This program was designed for Officers who carry a rifle/carbine in the course of their duties.
This course is for Officers who want to increase and hone their skill with concepts and theory of advanced rifle combat shooting. This will be a dynamic class; use of cover and concealment, managing multiple threats, increased and improved accuracy will be taught. We will cover the concepts of shooting under adverse and low-light conditions.
Prerequisites:
Students must be a certified law enforcement officer with the basic knowledge of the AR-15/M4 platform. Each applicant must have in their possession a department or personally owned weapons systems for the course. Class is approved for CLEE credits.
Students are required to bring the following:
· Carbine with sling
· 500 rounds of Rifle and 100 rounds pistol ammunition
· Duty/Tactical belt and pistol
· Extra Magazines
· Eye and ear protection
