ADVANCED PASTEL COMPREHENSIVE

In this 4 WEEK advanced class you will set up a composition, use shape, value and texture and layout your own ideas with soft chalk pastels.

Focus will be on:

• Drawing skills
• Tonal Value, and Composition,
• Representational techniques with a wide range of subjects
• Composing for storytelling and ideas including social, personal and political motifs

Required Supply list PLEASE BRING:

• Set of 12 Soft Chalk Pastels or more
• Set of Pastel pencils
• 9”x12” Sanded Paper or larger
• Large drawing board
• 9”x12” Drawing Pad or larger
• Drawing tools, graphite, or charcoal, conte
