Januari Coates brings a wealth of experience to her real estate expertise. She began her career as the office manager in an real estate appraisal company where she authored appraisal reports and managed a small team of appraisal trainees. There she sharpened her skill set on the valuation side of the business. Later, she became a loan officer for a short period before deciding to obtain her real estate license several years ago.

Beyond her real estate career, Januari has been in sales her entire adult life. She is known for her ability to work with clients, understand their needs and goals and to help them achieve their home ownership dreams.

Januari currently acts both as a real estate agent and investor throughout the Greater DMV and has developed a thorough understanding of the various local markets. She enjoys working with home buyers and has a developed expertise in directing challenged credit prospects to the appropriate lending specialist to address their circumstances successfully. She also enjoys working with renters and guiding them onto the path of eventual home ownership.
