Ready to take your macarons to the next level? Join us at our Maidstone cake studio for a 4 hour advanced macaron masterclass, perfect for those who’ve already attended our Introduction to Macarons Class – or anyone with a passion for baking!

No prior macaron experience needed.

In this fun, hands-on workshop, you’ll:

  • Master the Italian meringue technique to make, pipe and bake macaron shells
  • Experiment with different macaron sizes and styles, including giant dessert-style macarons
  • Create delicious buttercream and ganache fillings in a variety of colours and flavours
  • Finish gourmet-style macarons with fresh fruit and cream ganache
  • Learn simple decorative techniques to enhance your creations
  • Get expert tips and tricks to avoid common mistakes
  • Learn the best storage methods to keep your macarons fresh


You'll leave with:

Frequently asked questions

Where will my Advanced Macarons Baking Class take place?

Our cake decorating workshops and macaron classes all take place at our home-based studio in Maidstone, Kent. We are within easy reach of the M20, junction 5 and close to mainline train stations for travel from London and all of Kent and the South East.

What do I need to bring with me?

We will provide all tools and equipment, including aprons! Drinks, light lunch (full day class only) and delicious snacks will be provided. Please inform Bluebell Kitchen of any dietary requirement/ allergies on booking your workshop.

What experience do I need to join this workshop?

This is the perfect follow on class if you’ve already attended our Introduction to Macarons class, or if you have done plenty of baking, but no need to have prior experience of making macarons.

What do I get to take home?

You’ll take home everything that you’ve made along with full recipes, tips and tricks to recreate your newfound skills at home and suggestions where you can buy equipment from.
