Advanced Executive Function

This webinar follows “An Introduction to Executive function” and is “advanced” from the perspectives of analyses and of teacher behavior. For example, we will “drill down” from potential targets to the foundations and prerequisites that support them. We will also consider targets through the lens of “Dimensions Grids”

Extensive audience participation will be available during this webinar, with time dedicated to audience questions and especially to analyses and planning for the learners with whom participants are working. We plan to afford several minutes to the discussion of each question.

Recorded: Live event October 15th 12-2pm EST.

Event will be recorded and available for 6 months following webinar.

Learning Objectives

Participants will be able to:

1. List at least 2 foundational repertoires or prerequisites relevant to any potential executive function target.

2. Distinguish between “imitations of executive function” and legitimate executive function.

3. Describe at least 2 new interventions for a learner they know.
