Our two-day Advanced CSPO program will provide you with hands-on experience using a wide range of tools and practices that you can bring to bear in your work leading product-centric teams and organizations. We will focus on key knowledge areas and topics that you need a deep understanding of to succeed in your career in creating successful products and services.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To obtain the certification, you must:

• Successfully complete an A-CSPO course. (This training class meets this requirement.)

• Hold an active Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) certification with the Scrum Alliance

• Be able to demonstrate that you have at least 12 months of work experience specific to the role of Product Owner (within the past five years).

CLASS REQUIREMENTS

To successfully complete this class you must:

• Complete all assigned prework by 8 PM Eastern time the evening before the class is scheduled to begin.

• Be present and actively engaged for the duration of the course with your camera and mic on.

TRAINING INCLUDES:

—Two-year membership to the Scrum Alliance

—Digital copy of the course materials

• The course will run for two consecutive days from 10 AM until 6 PM Eastern

• Expect approximately 2 hours of pre-work that must be completed by 8 PM Eastern the evening before the class begins

• There will be approximately 1 hour of homework to be completed at the end of Day 1

• Live online classes are led using Zoom and Miro. All participants are required to be present with a camera and microphone on for the entire class. If you miss more than 1 hour of class time, you will not be eligible for the certification.

• Break Schedule: We will take a 1-hour break for lunch from 1:30 PM Eastern until 2:30 PM Eastern. We will also take two 10-minute breaks during the morning session and two 10-minute breaks during the afternoon session.
