Course Overview:

This unique training workshop is part of the ever evolution of Agile Coaching Program co-developed by 2 Enterprise Agile Coaches, Maria Matarelli, since 2014. The course comes with the vision and mission of developing effective Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches and Change Agents, to incorporate must-have soft-skills/leadership/influencing competences together with the sciences of Agile/Agility: the Arts and Sciences of Agile Coaching. It serves as the stepping stone to CSP-SM level certification and inspires participants to pursue Scrum Alliance CTC/CEC certifications eventually.

This unique offering of learning is very hands-on and actions oriented, being enhanced by many Agile transformation field cases in the real-world from the trainer's own rich experiences. In the class, you will have opportunities to participate in deep, open and focused conversations with the trainer as well as fellow classmates who also bring lots of valuable insights from different perspectives. Besides public classes, this course/workshop has been well received and embraced by small and large organizations around the globe as the must-have program for advancing Scrum Master growth as well as cultivating effective internal Agile Coaches to support various scale of Agile Transformation initiatives.

Logistics:

About a week before coming to class you'll receive via email pre-requisite reading materials and preparation assignment. Additionally, as part of the two-day workshop each participant will receive the following:

• Many valuable reference materials including electronic copy of training materials, checklists, case studies, experience reports, and recommended reading and video watching list etc.

• 2-year additional membership with the Scrum Alliance, and with all other foundational certifications held by the participant be renewed for another 2 years

Participants can also claim 16 PDUs with the PMI.
