Cohort Based Learning
Four cohort 1-hour sessions each week for 4 weeks to engage and learn advanced topics from the trainer and each other and try out what you learned in your organization between the sessions. You will be part of a scrum team that has to overcome real-life challenges in facilitation, coaching, organizational impediments, and more.
Build relationships with the instructors — and your classmates
Learning works best when you are in a community and the best learning experiences are shared. Become part of a cohort to become accountability partners for each other and journey teaching scrum to executives, become better at facilitation and coaching, be able to decide to scale or not, coach your product owner, and create a roadmap for effecting change in your organization. In our program, you will feel like you are doing your A-CSM journey within a team, even though it is an online program.
Unique format — no more boring lectures
Most online training is boring and prone to distraction. Too many instructors talk for far too long about topics and theories not relevant for real-world application. The other spectrum is self-paced or self-directed learning where you need to be motivated to watch videos and work on the myriad of challenges without the guidance of a live instructor and might struggle to complete
With our A-CSM program, all our lectures are crisp (no more than fifteen minutes) and are combined with practical, on-the-job exercises so you can immediately put into practice what you have learned under the mentorship of a Certified Scrum Trainer. The challenges are carefully interspersed between the online live sessions so as to get continuous feedback and guidance from the instructors.
Why is this course so crucial now?
Scrum is not all about software anymore, nor is it an all-or-nothing prospect. This class will point out real-world examples of how well-known organizations from startups to enterprises have adopted Scrum and witnessed dramatic incremental changes and value. While Software is still a very important industry where Scrum can be applied, many organizations are finding ways to apply this method throughout their organization. This is not a PowerPoint lecture-type training and does require active participation from each attendee. Read more about the future of online learning and the inspiration behind the format

Scrum Alliance TrustPilot Reviews
"Anil and Bernie can help us with unique techniques of facilitation" - Anusha
"I would highly recommend attending it because of the ease of acquiring new skills and the level of detail being studied" - Ulrich Z
"Thank you for the wonderful sessions and for making the course more of self-managed with your awesome facilitating skills. To be honest, my opinion was if everything is to be done by the attendees then what is the role of the Trainers: disappointed: but after completing the assignments slowly the experience is sinking down the brain that it was all about facilitating skills to ensure the attendees learn the advanced scrum skills through self-awareness, visualize the problems, identify the solutions and strategize according to the needs of our teams." - Shaik Jaffrey
"The instructor was resourceful and had very direct approach to the material, it felt like hanging out with my friends but every word was opening a new dominion of knowledge." - Mark L
"Anil is an excellent trainer. He ensures that you understand the concepts as well as gives you live examples which makes it worthwhile. I believe I am good at agile, specifically, the scrum framework and these are the trainings that I received from Anil. He also helps you in getting more info and replies to your personal queries." - Vikas Y.
"Must for any Scrum Master" - Nikhil Kashyap, Scrum Master Manager
"The class allows you to go deep on key SM topics and techniques to help you along the journey and become a much better SM" - Andrea, Scrum Master

What are the requirements for the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster certification?
To receive the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification, you need to have a current Certified ScrumMaster certification with the Scrum Alliance and have 1 year of work experience as a ScrumMaster in the last 5 years, and satisfactorily complete an accredited A-CSM program like ours.
I do not have the required work experience yet, can I still start the program?
The 12 months of work experience specific to the role of Scrum Master or Product Owner can be met at any time once you've attended an A-CSM or A-CSPO course. The work experience must be within the past five years.
How long does it take for me to complete the program?
The cohort-based program is part of a team-based training where you will be taken through a scrum master journey from teaching scrum to stakeholders to creating a roadmap that suits your organization. In addition to self-paced tasks, the learner will participate in a weekly one-hour session to complete the certification within 4 to 6 weeks. The four sessions will consist of live training.
How soon can I start the program after I sign up?
As soon as you join you will be invited to join our learning academy to start the pre-work and the dates for the cohort sessions will be as per your registration page.
Is there a test at the end of the program? Will my work be graded?
There are NO tests to obtain any of the certifications that you can achieve with our programs. However, the Scrum Alliance places a strong emphasis on validated work experience to receive more advanced certifications. Since our CSTs are the ones charged by the Scrum Alliance to make sure that learners who they certify meet a level of competency, as you go along, your assignments and exercises will be evaluated by your instructor and will have to be satisfactorily performed for them to request your certification be issued. They will be looking for evidence that you can put into practice what you have learned in the program with a Scrum/Agile team. In addition, you can agree to mentor if you would like deeper responses to questions and topics.
