This session will take an in-depth look at how to build effective teams, starting from the internal, socio-psychological dimensions of humans (trust, ownership, safety) to how those dimensions play out in workplace performance indicators. Strategies to coach team members to improve performance will be included. Please note that participants in this session are not required to have attended the basic session of this topic. A brief review of group formation principles, common dysfunctions of a team, and key characteristics of high performers will be covered to bring everyone up to speed.
