This is not for beginners who are brand new to breathwork basics — you’ll get more if you already understand Superventilation fundamentals.
 

WHAT TO BRING

  • Yoga mat
  • Blanket or cozy layer
  • Water bottle
  • Optional: eye mask, pillow, journal
     

Please fast at least 2 hours before the session. Light meals are fine; avoid heavy or excessive food. 
Arrive hydrated, grounded, and open.

  • Not recommended for pregnant individuals beyond 3 months, or for those with epilepsy or neurological conditions.
  • By attending, you consent to receive a follow‑up email with resources to support your integration.
  • A videographer/photographer may be present — let us know if you prefer not to be filmed.
