Advanced Boundary Training: Engaging Inner Voices - Enabling Boundaried Choices

In this training we'll explore a spectrum of God-given inner energies common to our humanity, voices within that seek acknowledgement and sometimes, an expressive outlet. In engaging these energies through playful “Full Voice” approaches, we’ll identify the gifts these energies offer. We’ll also consider how embracing their presence in our personal and professional lives, helps us to choose our boundaries more wisely. The training includes a case study and the introduction of a contemplative approach to welcoming some of these exiled energies back into our awareness.

Two sessions to choose from:
AM Session - 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
PM Session - 6:00 - 9:00 PM
