Meal prep shouldn’t be a punishment. Create flexible, flavorful, adaptable dishes you can remix all week.

Menu: Herb-Roasted Chicken “Base Protein” (2 Ways), Big-Batch Roasted Vegetable Rainbow, Lemon Herb Farro or Quinoa Pilaf

Meal prep shouldn’t feel like a chore. In this hands-on adult culinary workshop, it won’t. Learn how to roast one versatile herb chicken (two flavor ways!), build a big-batch rainbow of roasted veggies, and cook a bright lemon-herb grain base you can remix all week. We’ll also share simple mix-and-match meal ideas so you leave with a real plan, and real flavor, for the days ahead.

Cook once, eat well all week.

Please note: To enhance your experience, please feel free to bring your favorite beer, wine (21+) or nonalcoholic beverage to enjoy.

For safety reasons, all participants in our culinary classes must wear closed-toed shoes and have long hair tied back. These guidelines help protect you from potential kitchen hazards. Thank you for your cooperation!
