✨ This event is hosted by the Adoptee Healing Collective with special guest + Adoptee, Fenix Divine.
Fenix is a Sound Alchemist + poetic vessel of transformation.
Her work is a call to return to the temple within, where divinity is not something to chase but to embody.
She invites you to exhale what no longer serves you + inhale the brilliance of your becoming.
Through her voice, her presence + her medicine of sound, she opens portals to power, peace + self-realization.
✨ What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative practice that uses resonant sounds + vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes + other instruments to induce a deep state of relaxation + transformative healing.
✨ What to Expect:
This event will be a 50-60 minute meditative sound bath by Fenix Divine with about 15-30 afterwards to share + connect with other adoptees.
During this practice we encourage you to lie down or find a comfortable place to close your eyes + allow the sounds to wash over you. The specific frequencies used will help reduce stress, improve focus + promote a sense of physical + mental well-being.
