Welcome to Adolescent Yoga event at the Center for Intuitive Healing! Join us every 4th Saturday for a rejuvenating session of yoga specifically designed for kids& teenagers. This in-person event will provide a safe and welcoming space for adolescents to explore mindfulness, movement, and relaxation techniques. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this event is perfect for anyone looking to de-stress and improve their overall well-being. Welcome & Yoga Practice

1. Welcome & Introduction (5 minutes) Greet students and introduce the day's theme (e.g., focus, self-awareness). Brief overview of what to expect in the class. 2. Grounding & Breathwork (5 minutes) Begin with simple breathing exercises to center the body and mind (e.g., deep belly breathing or alternate nostril breathing). 3. Warm-up & Stretching (10 minutes) Gentle stretches to prepare the body (e.g., neck rolls, shoulder shrugs, cat-cow pose, gentle twists). 4. Yoga Flow Sequence (20 minutes) A series of beginner-friendly poses to build strength and flexibility, such as: Mountain Pose (Tadasana) Downward Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) Warrior I & II (Virabhadrasana I & II) Tree Pose (Vrksasana) for balance Child’s Pose (Balasana) Emphasize mindful breathing and body awareness throughout the flow. 5. Cool Down & Restorative Poses (10 minutes) Transition to slower, restorative poses like: Seated Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana) Supine Twist (Supta Matsyendrasana) Legs Up the Wall Pose
