Mae niwroamrywiaeth yn ffordd o ddisgrifio a chroesawu gwahaniaethau mewn pobl, sut mae pobl yn meddwl, prosesu gwybodaeth a mynegi emosiynau.

Mae niwroamrywiaeth yn canolbwyntio ar leihau stigma, hyrwyddo bod yn wahanol a chreu amgylchedd cynhwysol a derbyniol.

Bydd y cwrs hyfforddi hwn yn disgrifio ystyr niwroamrywiaeth, sut i adnabod niwroamrywiaeth, trafod chwe egwyddor cynhwysiant, disgrifio sut mae niwrowahaniaeth yn effeithio ar feddwl a chyfathrebu ac ystyried rhinweddau, cryfderau ac agweddau at lwyddiant pobl niwrowahanol.

Pwy yw Sir Ddinbych yn Gweithio? Nod gwasanaeth Sir Ddinbych yn Gweithio Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yw cydlynu’r math o gymorth sy’n helpu pobl i mewn i waith drwy chwalu rhwystrau. Gan weithio gyda busnesau a sefydliadau lleol, mae rhaglen Sir Ddinbych yn Gweithio wedi ymrwymo i gefnogi pobl sy’n byw yn Sir Ddinbych i gael gwaith a/neu i uwchsgilio gyda hyfforddiant am ddim.

Recognising and Embracing Neurodiversity online event

Neurodiversity is a way of describing and embracing differences in people, how people think, process information

and express emotions. Neurodiversity focuses on reducing stigmas, embracing individuality and creating an inclusive

and accepting environment.

This training course will describe the meaning of neurodiversity, how to recognise neurodiversity, discuss the six

principles of inclusion, describe how neurodivergence impacts thinking and communication and consider

neurodivergent qualities, strengths and approaches to success.

Who is Working Denbighshire? Denbighshire County Council’s Working Denbighshire service aims to coordinate support that helps people into work by removing barriers. Working with local businesses and organisations, the Working Denbighshire programme is committed to supporting people who live in Denbighshire to get into the world of work and/or further their skills with free training.
