Overview

ADHD women, join us each Sunday as we plan our weeks to crush goals and stay focused together!

Looking to boost your productivity and connect with others who get it? Then hop in our CALENDAR PLANNING sessions and COWORKING sessions designed for ADHD women. We’ll tackle goals together, share tips, and keep each other motivated — all from the comfort of your own space. Whether you need focus, support, or just some accountability, this is your spot. Jump in, set your intentions, and let’s get shit DONE!

Willpower is overrated!! Research shows that you are more likely to achieve your goals when you pre-commit to it. It's time to make a plan and follow it.

Join us for our 1st Sunday Calendar Planning Session. We will have 3 of these in December. Once 2026 arrives, these sessions will be weekly each Sunday (TBD: 6-week or 90-Day sprint)

  • Dec. 07 - 5:30 - 6:10
  • Dec. 14 - 7:00 - 7:40
  • Dec. 21 - 5:30 - 6:10
  • Dec. 28 - SKIP (Happy Holidays)

Sunday Scheduling Session are meant to be an overview of your calendar, where you begin to look at the tasks that are REQUIRED and ESSENTIAL to accomplish this week. Everything else fits in between.

Staying on task as a neurodivergent often means you need to identify the task and break it down into managable chunks to complete in one session or over many depending on the project intensity and scope. Spending these 30 minutes together looks at your obligations (family, household, work, personal, etc.) will help you identify the pockets of time you have for required, essential and non-essential tasks. In turn you will be more realistic with the time you need for these tasks. These sessions are inspired by Leila Hormozi, a 33 yr old entrepreneur, who has built a $500M+ portfolio of companies she co-founded with her husband. "Fuck how you feel. Follow the plan" is her motto. More on this soon. (Watch her short YouTube video attached.)

📅 Duration: 40 minutes

  • 5 min → Intro: Set intention for the week and a priority goal
  • 30 min → Focused scheduling (silent work, on or off camera)
  • 5 min → Reflect on progress & wrap-up

YOUR ADHD HOSTS:
Katy Lally is a licensed therapist and life coach, with personal and professional experience navigating life with ADHD. As a woman, wife and multi-passionate entrepreneur, Kate knows the challenges we face inside and out.

Diagnosed later in life, Kate has dedicated the past decade to learning to work with her ADHD, rather than against it and has created a life filled with meaning, purpose, passion and loves guiding others to do the same.

Rebecca Borges is a sculptor, landscape architect and community builder. Big life changes brought her back to Massachusetts after nearly 30 years in Chicago. Regaining her footing, rebuilding a community of like minded women, and moving forward in her art + design business were sidtracked without a plan in place.

Diagnosed with ADHD at 42 while in graduate school (and perimenopause!) her future plans looked more like a bowl of spagetti than a calendar. Creating this space for women to thrive comes from a deep understanding of the need for community and having a plan to follow.
