It's $5 for non-members at the House of Healing and Transformation. It's free if you are a member.

Who is the facilitator?

The group is facilitated by Kenouz Khalil, a Life Coach and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner with experience supporting individuals with ADHD, anxiety, and emotional regulation.

Each meeting lasts about 60 minutes.

Yes. All discussions in the group are kept private and confidential to ensure a safe, supportive environment for everyone.
