You’re funny. You’re brilliant. You’re stuck. Let’s fix that.
Strategist and (comedy, tv) writer Lindsay Scola will show you how tech like ChatGPT can be that thought partner who gets you past the blank screen—while keeping YOUR jokes all YOURS.
This workshop is perfect for:
- Creative people with ADHD—or a strong suspicion they have it
- Writers, comedians, and content creators who feel stuck, scattered, or just plain tired
- Anyone whose brain is a chaotic brilliance machine but struggles with starting (or finishing)
- Folks who’ve opened ChatGPT and thought “cool... but now what?” or "...this isn't funny."
- Anyone who wants to use AI to amplify their voice, not smother it
You will learn:
- Why ADHD feels like trying to catch glitter in a wind tunnel (and why that’s not a failure, it’s wiring)
- How AI can amplify your creativity without replacing your magic
- Practical ways to use ChatGPT to unstick yourself when you’re trapped under a mountain of half-started ideas
- Why getting started isn’t a motivation problem (and what it actually is)
You will leave with:
- A starter checklist for using AI without losing your voice or originality
- New ways to think about your ADHD brain (spoiler: you’re not lazy—you’re a genius with bad Wi-Fi)
- Permission to ditch perfectionism and start messy

Your instructor, Lindsay Scola:
I’m a writer, speaker, advocate, strategist, nap enthusiast, and the world’s most relatable productivity nerd. A humor-driven storyteller, certification collector, late-night overthinker turned self-care champion—and an accidental expert at laughing through the chaos.
I also collect diagnoses the way other people collect cool sneakers: narcolepsy, ADHD, celiac disease, upper airway resistance syndrome, and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.
For over two decades, I worked alongside high-powered leaders across entertainment, politics, and government—including President Obama and Former First Lady Michelle Obama—all while navigating undiagnosed narcolepsy and ADHD. That journey kicked off a decades-long deep dive into the science of sleep, burnout, and what it really takes to show up fully in your life and career.
These days, I blend science and storytelling to help ambitious humans rethink their relationship with rest—through keynotes, corporate workshops, online courses, content collaborations, and my weekly newsletter, Rest Assured.
My work has been featured in Self Magazine, and my television pilot was an official selection at the 2024 SeriesFest. I was also named a "40 Under 40" by City and State New York—which is cool, but honestly, I’m more proud of the nap I took that day.
