Mandell L. Crawley is a Morgan Stanley Managing Director and the Head of Private Wealth Management, a division that exclusively focuses on ultra-high net worth individuals, families and their foundations. In addition to serving those who reside in the U.S., he oversees International Wealth Management, which caters to non-U.S. resident clients. Mandell also has responsibility for Family Office Resources, which offers an expansive suite of highly specialized services to address the complexities of managing affluent wealth, Global Sports and Entertainment, and the Client Development Group. In addition, he is Co-Head of the Institutional Client Coverage Group, which provides middle-market institutions with research, sales coverage and execution capabilities across Equities and Fixed Income.

Prior to his current role, Mandell was the firm’s Chief Marketing Officer, where he had overall responsibility for defining, creating and delivering Morgan Stanley’s marketing strategy. Mandell was Head of National Business Development and Talent Management for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, where he led an organization responsible for driving growth across the firm’s industry-leading platform and improving the proficiency of our financial advisors, sales support and branch leadership talent.

Earlier in his career, Mandell served as Head of U.S. Fixed Income Sales and Distribution for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s Capital Markets Group. In total, he spent 14 of his 27 years working within Capital Markets in various producing and managerial capacities. He is a member of Morgan Stanley’s Management Committee, Global Securities Operating Committee, Global Wealth Management Operating Committee and the Multicultural Client Strategy Committee.

Mandell received an MBA with honors from Fordham University (New York City) and a B.A. in economics from Northeastern Illinois University (Chicago). He is a National Trustee for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America.

Bahiyah Robinson is the CEO + Founder of VC Include, a platform designed to build and support diverse, institutional grade emerging managers in Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Impact Investment. We have recently designed programs that allow innovative asset allocators to invest capital into various asset managers with a unique layer of risk mitigation.

Bahiyah has led multiple technology, investment, and social impact initiatives and public-private partnerships in the US, Brazil and across Sub-Saharan Africa since 2001. These collaborations and investments have been recognized over the years by the Knight Foundation, Echoing Green, Entrepreneur, CNN and Forbes. She was born in Palo Alto, California, and was raised and educated around the themes of science, technology, and equity.

Lorine Pendleton is Investment Partner in Portfolia’s Rising America Fund, which invests in companies with founders of color, women, LGBTQ or companies with products or services addressing these markets. This fund is the first VC fund in the US to be led by a team of all Black and Latina women. Portfolia is an innovative platform of investment funds for women designed to back innovative companies for returns and impact. It combines the professional management and diversification of a venture fund with the engaging and accessible experience of angel investing, Portfolia focuses on opportunities in high-growth segments that are routinely undervalued or poorly understood by traditional venture capital. Portfolia has made 36 investments in 29 companies and have had two significant exits since its initial fund founding in December 2015. Lorine started investing as an angel investor seven years ago investing in and advising women and diverse-led companies.

She is on the Board of Directors of the Angel Capital Association (ACA), the largest angel professional development organization in the world, with 13K+ accredited angel investors, 260 angel groups, family offices and accredited platforms with 91K companies in ACA member portfolios. She is ACA’s first African-American board member in its history.

She is the NY Chair at TIGER 21, the most exclusive peer-to-peer membership network for some of the most successful and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in the US, Canada, UK and Europe. She works with and connects TIGER 21 members to one another to grow their business and personal network by providing a platform and personal Board of Directors.
