ADDRESSING DISCRIMINATION N PRACTICE LEARNING- THE LIVED EXPERIENCES OF STUDENTS

Join us for the first in a new series of North West-wide events focused on promoting equity and inclusion in practice learning across health and social care education.

Hosted by the University of Salford on behalf of the Northwest Universities Forum, this event will centre on the lived experiences of students in practice learning environments, particularly their experiences of discrimination—including racism—while on placement.

You’ll hear directly from students, take part in meaningful dialogue, and join reflective sessions designed to inspire action and collaboration. The event offers a valuable opportunity to share and develop examples of good practice across the region.

Whether you're an academic, practice educator, placement provider, student, or professional committed to inclusive education, your voice is welcome.
