Vendore Space
Each vendor is provided with a 10" x10" space which can accommodate a10"x10" tent.If available, if you go outside the10x10 space, you will have to pay for addtional space! Vendors need to provide their own set up, including tent,table, and chairs for displaying the merchendize.Vendors understand that are responsible for all needed display props. All tents MUST be anchored with weight on all legs. If a tent has no weight, you will be asked to take it down, due to liablity issues.
Booth Set Up
Volunteers will be present to direct vendors to their assigned area for set-up beginning two hours prior to the event start time. Due to safety reasons, vendors who arrive after the start of the event, may forfiet pre-assigned booth location and be assigned an alterenet location. All vendors must be completely set up 15 munites before the event start and remain set up and in place until the event end time. NO vehicles will be allowed on the event's ground AT ANY TIME. Vendors are allowed to proudly display componey banner and signge to identify their business.
Booth Sharing
Vendors are NOT allowed to share booth space; all vendors are wellcome, but they must register for their own booth space. If we see that you share a booth space with another vendore not registered in the event with their own booth space, the vendor who is not registered with our company will be asked to leave the event permisses, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Food Vendors Permits
First and foremost; food and beverage vendors MUST submit a one day temporary food permit to sale food and beverage, it is the Food Vendor's responsblity to complete and submite the Temporary Food Permit Application from the City/ County where the events is taking place (Potomac is in Montgomery County; the permit will be obtained from Montgomary County Health Department).The organizer has no saying overe the Health Department requirement and it is not responsible for vendor's non approval of reciving the one day license to vend at the event.
Forms Of Payment
All participating vendors are required to accept both cash and credit card payment, Please be advised that WIFI is NOT available on site, so please plan accordingly.
Cancellations and Refunds
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS. Vendors fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. In case the event must be cancelled for reasons out of the organizer's control(i.e. incliment weather as tornadoes and hurricanes,government imposed regulation, Act of God, venu related issue,etc.)event will be rescheduled and the date will be announced to all registered vendors. Refunds will not be accepted due to already inquired expenses on organizer's behalf as advertizing and promotion,permits and licenses, venue rental fees,etc.
In case the organizer must cancel the event with no rescheduled date set, vendore fee will be refunded.
Alchol is NOT allowed on event's ground - not for sale and not for personal consumption.
Weather/Rain or Shine Policy
The event held outdoor and go on rain or shine. No credits or refunds will be issued if the show is affected by force of natuer beyond our control. we will not cancell the event unless informed by the state, city, or local officials.
