Adaptive Rock Climbing

Adaptive Rock Climbing at the Minot Family YMCA provides participants of all abilities the opportunity to challenge themselves in a safe and supportive setting. With guidance from trained staff and access to adaptive equipment, climbers can build strength, coordination, and confidence at their own pace. No prior climbing experience is required.

Session Details

• When: Select Saturdays, 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. (2 participants per 30-minute slot; dates updated annually)
• Fall/Winter 2025 Dates: Sept 13, Oct 4, Nov 15, Dec 13
• Where: Minot Family YMCA Rock Wall
• Cost: Free
• Eligibility: Adaptive participants ages 5 and up
• Required: Participant consent form

All climbing gear is provided. Participants should wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle.
