Adaptive Curling

Adaptive Curling provides a welcoming environment for athletes of all abilities to learn and participate in the sport of curling. With instruction from Minot Curling Club staff and access to adaptive equipment, participants can develop skills in balance, delivery, sweeping, and gameplay. Sessions are structured for both beginners and returning curlers.

Eligibility: Adaptive participants ages 6 and up

• Participant consent form

Participants should wear warm clothing and clean, rubber-soled shoes. All curling equipment is provided.
