After 15 years of navigating diverse sectors and environments—from a chaotic, uncertain, and stressful work environment to a highly structured and supportive one —Dorit embarked on a new journey into human behaviour. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Psychological and Behavioural Sciences and a master’s in business psychology from the University of Western Australia.
