ACU Next Lab Open House

The NEXT Lab is an Abilene Christian University initiative focused on advancing molten salt reactor technology for energy solutions, and it is a partner in a consortium with The University of Texas at Austin. The NEXT Lab itself is located at ACU and is working with UT Austin, Texas A&M University, and Georgia Tech as part of the Natura Resources Research Alliance (NRRA) to design, license, and build a university-based molten salt research reactor.

The Abilene-Sweetwater Chapter has been invited to the Open House for the NEXT Lab on Friday, October 31 from 3:30-5 p.m. Take advantage of this rare opportunity to look inside the incredible facility and learn more about the innovative research being done in Abilene.
