What should I bring?

Yoga mats and props will be provided. Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and anything that helps you feel cozy and supported—like an eye covering, light scarf, or a small journal for post-session reflections (optional). Come as you are—no experience or special gear needed.

Are there any health considerations?

This type of breathwork is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or who have certain health conditions such as epilepsy, cardiovascular issues, or severe mental health conditions. If you're unsure, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 7:15 PM. Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early to settle in. The session begins promptly at 7:30 PM, and late entry will not be permitted once we begin.

What if I get emotional or feel overwhelmed during the session?

That’s completely normal. Breathwork can bring up physical or emotional sensations. You are always in control, and you’ll be held in a safe, supportive space throughout. There will be time for integration at the end.
