This special event will be led by Dr. Kjersten Skjold a licensed physical therapist, and Erin Joyce, certified personal trainer and owner of Live Fit Studios. Together, they'll guide you through practical movement strategies, strength and mobility exercises and tips to help you build a foundation for healthy active aging.
