Elements of Developing a Writing Practice - Where to from Here.Over the past several months, our writing group has explored various forms of writing, including personal narratives/non-fiction, fiction and of course, poetry. As we go forward, and a new year is upon us, it’s time to figure out how we maintain our individual writing practice and how we might come together monthly to review each other's work, provide feedback and maintain our writing practice. In the January 6th session, we will first discuss the elements of developing a writing practice, i.e., what ensures you come back to your writing project every day, or at least, most days. And as writing is often done alone, but so benefits from the feedback of other writers, we will discuss how we go forward with our writing group, i.e., with submissions to the group, providing feedback and what you do with that feedback to forward your projects. Come join us on January 6th at 12:30 to begin our journey.
