Action Day: Letter Writing Workshop

Join us for a letter-writing campaign focused on youth substance use prevention! Students from across the Issaquah School District (both TECH members and students not involved in TECH) are invited to participate. Middle school and high school students are welcome.

During this event, you’ll have the chance to write letters to Washington State legislators about why prevention matters to you and your community. We’ll provide templates, examples, and support to help you craft your message - no prior experience needed!

This event also helps prepare us for our in-person visit to the State Capitol in January, where students will meet with lawmakers to continue the conversation about prevention.

The event will be held at Issaquah High School (exact room details will be shared with registrants).
