Each class begins with an active, dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for movement, build connection, and help you feel grounded and comfortable. We then move into safety fundamentals and proper technique, giving you the tools to practice responsibly and confidently with others.
From there, we explore foundational AcroYoga poses and beginner-friendly flows. You’ll learn the basics of basing, flying, and spotting in a structured, step-by-step way. Everyone gets a chance to participate, discover their strengths, and experience the joy of movement and collaboration.
We wrap up class with a 15-minute cool-down, including deep stretching, breath work, and gentle mobility to help your body integrate the work and leave feeling open, relaxed, and energized.
This is a welcoming, no-pressure environment where you can build confidence, learn at your own pace, meet new people, and experience the magic of AcroYoga in a safe and guided setting.
