Explore Movement, Connection & Play through AcroYoga

Join us for a joyful, beginner-friendly workshop where we explore the power of self-expression and connection through AcroYoga. You’ll start with a grounding warm-up, followed by group icebreakers to help you feel at ease and connect with others. Then, Michelle will guide you through the foundations of AcroYoga—breaking down key poses, transitions, and communication techniques.

You’ll practice in pairs, rotating partners throughout. No partner or experience needed—just a willingness to explore, connect, and have fun! Whether you come solo or bring a friend, this is a playful and empowering way to move beyond your comfort zone and tell your story through movement.
