We are working on that. ACES is May 6-8th, and once we have locked down the Welcome Party it will be the evening of the 5th. So plan accordingly.

Which hotel should we book

Yup - we'll be working on some transportation options and we'll be announcing those to ticket holders later.

The best answer we can give you is that we should be around 2pm, officially. So plan according.
